Hey there I havent been able to find a 100% answer on this online so i'm putting it out there.
Are you able to enchant a specific spell onto an item? For example, Mage Armor onto a cloak. Or Shocking Grasp onto some brass knuckles. Or Glasses of Detect Metal. Just examples please don't jump on specifics or if they already exist.
I've found specific weapons, armors, rings, wondrous items, but I'm really curious about specific spells that can be placed onto items.

Yes and no. The Magic Item Creation rules allow for it, but (a) you need the GM's case-by-case permission and (b) the GM sets the price for items they allow, using the formulas on that page as guidelines. Many really screwy things are possible if GMs don't exercise discretion.
