Hey guys, I want to apologize in advance for any errors. I'm writing on this little smart phone with these bologna thumbs.
I'm working on a series of e books. They are premade adventures set up for brand new dms to learn on, that can also be enjoyed as filler sessions by even veteran dms.
It's being made for use with pathfinder and will contain references to paizo works, and will include trimmed down stat blocks.
Where should I start in order to publish these on paizos good side?

I would start with the Paizo Inc. Community Use Policy Applicable to Non-Commercial Activity, assuming you don't plan to sell these. (If you do plan to, that page has some information/links about that too.) There is also a FAQ linked to there.

Sounds like you want the OGL then. (If being a publisher works out for you, you won't be able to use the CUP, so I wouldn't write the first under that more generous license, since you'll have to take it down pretty soon).
Good luck with it. FWIW. I'd try to make it usable with the Beginner Box - I think there's definitely room for some BB-compatible adventures.
