Can amulet of mighty fist be enchanced?

My game master insists that the amulet cant be enchanced. I doubt he has read any rule.
So now my question is, by official rule, can it be enchanced?

If you mean the Handwraps of Mighty Fist, their description on page 393 clearly states that they can be inscribed with weapon runes following the same rules as weapons and goes into detail showing how many property runes they can hold.

If you mean the Amulet of Mighty Fist, that's first edition pathfinder and this is the wrong forum.
Also, it can be enchanced, but the price isn't the same as the regular weapons, so you have to check the CRB.
