I felt that Pact Worlds could have been twice as thick, just with more setting stuff.

I'd be happy with a slow (but steady) mechanical release rate focusing on big books and with playtesting. I think the SCOM playtest was an example of how to do it right: people enjoyed the playtest and it helped find the glitches in already more than halfway decent classes.

For setting I'd like the occasional really big book (as in Pact Worlds but devoting about twice the number of pages to each world, and treating places like Kalo-Mahoi as full on places). That sort of book takes a while to make and I'd like to complement it with a "homeworld monthly" that covers a planet or lesser star system in Near Space/The Vast. Focusing on just one place but giving it real depth. For starters, we could devote a month to each of the homeworlds of the playable races in AA1/AA2.

I really hope they release a book like "Pact Worlds" but for the Veskerium. Ideally I would want one for near space and the vast as well eventually but if we can get one for the Veskerium sooner rather then later that would be great.

They already have a lot of location/faction/alien information available in the back of each AP but I wish that they would release a compilation book of that information after each AP was completed. I fear that a monthly release of information, even a small one, on top of what they are already doing might negatively impact the quality of product we get.

With that said, I do like the idea of more detailed and dedicated info on the home worlds of the playable races from AA1/AA2

I would have to guess this year is probably going to be beginner box, Alien archive 3 and then characters operation manual.

The beginners boxes are pretty huge undertakings so guessing whatever falls between that and character operation manual is something easier for them to put together which probably would be an alien archive.

Playable dirindi & sarazoans.

If there is any justice in the universe.

Jog my memory, which ones are those?

Well for a start I horribly misspelled sazarons because of the way my brain conflates letters.

But, assuming you weren't poking fun at said spelling error, dirindi & sazarons are the natives of Arkanen, a full pact world member moon of Liavara. Dirindi are described as "three-eyed, electrically charged humanoids" while sazarons are centaur-like creatures with humanoid upper bodies & sarian lower bodies.

They're probably the two biggest glaring omissions in terms of statted species for the pact worlds. But, it has been heavily hinted that they'll be featured in Alien Archive 3; one of the confirmed monsters in the book is native to their home world & devs made teasing comments regarding their inclusion.

So there may be justice in the world after all.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who finds the inclusion of these two races as a glaring omission thus far. With Arkanen and Osoro being originally mentioned in Distant Worlds like you mentioned, and being brought up again in the Starfinder CRB as FULL MEMBERS of the Pact Worlds, I find it odd that we haven't gotten these races in the first 2 Alien Archives yet. If we are getting one of them that's great but I really hope we are getting both.
