I realise there are some odd things from time to time with international shipping. This one looks a bit weird to me. The order for five items has been split into five individual packets. I appreciate that is sometimes cheaper - this one does look funny to me though.
I wondered if maybe the shipping dimensions of an item had been inputted incorrectly or something.

I'm sorry about any inconvenience this has caused. It does appear as though the system defaulted to a shipping method which required the individual packaging. It appears that two items in the order were already shipped, so I moved the remaining items that had not yet shipped to their own order and selected the cheaper shipping method which will combine them into one package for you.
You should soon receive a confirmation email for these items under their new order number. Please let me know if anything continues to look wrong. Thank you!
