It appears that the two month's items were combined because when we initially attempted to ship out the November items, we received an insufficient funds message. This caused the system to be unable to ship the order and it then chose to combine the subscription items when we authed anew.
Our expected shipping window (and therefore charging window) for these subscriptions is November 26th through December 12. The order should try the card again in that window and ship out if the payment method is accepted. If you require your order delayed in order to accommodate a preferred charging time, we can help you do that.
