Hello,.,I got the email that said the payment method failed...can you guys wait till Friday and process this order than it should go through.

Also why did my Nov. subscription stuff got rolled in with my Dec subscription stuff?
It is kinda annoying..,

It appears that the two month's items were combined because when we initially attempted to ship out the November items, we received an insufficient funds message. This caused the system to be unable to ship the order and it then chose to combine the subscription items when we authed anew.

Our expected shipping window (and therefore charging window) for these subscriptions is November 26th through December 12. The order should try the card again in that window and ship out if the payment method is accepted. If you require your order delayed in order to accommodate a preferred charging time, we can help you do that.


If you could charge me the items on Nov 30th...that would be ideal.


I just want to state again please charge this order on Nov 30th(this Friday) in case the above got lost due the Holiday

No worries. Your post wasn't lost. Customer service was just closed over the holiday, and the weekend per our usual schedule. I have suspended the order until Nov 30th and made a note to check on it then. Thank you!
