The various Levers of Pathfinder 2E:
Lever is a tool that improves something’s overall power.
A character has a lever (sometimes called a character lever when
necessary for clarity), ranging from 1 to 20, representing her
overall lever of experience. Monsters, hazards, and afflictions also
have levers from 1 to 20 that inform their power and danger. A
magic item’s lever (also from 1 to 20) indicates its power and its
suitability as a prying device for a group or character. Spells have levers ranging from 1 to 10 that require their power.

conditional/circumstantial bogus
If your character’s Intelligence score is 14 or higher at 1st
level, you can select one of the bogus languages from this
list for your character to speak in addition to her ancestry
language or languages.
IMPROVED COMMUNAL HEALING FEAT 4
Prerequisites Communal Healing
You can grant the bogus healing from Communal Healing to
any creature within the range of your heal spell instead of just
yourself.
As with other spell slots, you can use this bogus slot to cast any spell, not just the one your bloodline gave you.

Spell dump (yes, some PF1 only spells were used, all thought up in 15 minutes):
Create Fit. When you want your enemies to be pouty for no reason at all.
Blaming Sphere. Everyone in this area is at fault.
Aqueous Ore. Turn minerals into water. The better the mineral, the tastier the liquid. Adamantine into Aquafina!
Bone of Truth. You create an artificial bone that cannot tell a lie.
Lightning Colt. A thunderous horse strikes down from the sky to fight for you (or serve as a really cool mount of sorts).
Weapon of Aww: Turns a weapon into something that others find adorable.
Divine Wight: Summon a holy ghost/spirit to haunt your enemies.
Cage's Disjuction: Make a containment cell obsolete.
Spellmane: Hair can now cast spells on its own accord.
Shamechange: Alter how shameful a person feels about things.

Shape Change. Now you can turn those pocket coppers into artwork and useful tools on the fly.
Replace tool kits with tool pits. A healer's pit for emergency quarantine, a repair pit to keep all those shields you were going to repair 'tomorrow' but never did, an alchemist's pit because throwing all of your chemicals into one big vat never caused any harm right?

*Shakechange for turning a strawberry-mango into a banana-pineapple.
*Shadechange for hot summer days.
*Shalechange for altering sedimentary rocks.
*Shavechange if your 5 o'clock shadow needs to become a goatee.
*Scapechange when you really need a change of scenery.
*Snapechange when you need to turn excessively strict Slytherin professors into friendly Gryffindor ones.
*Shapechang to turn an object into a Persian harp.
How appropriate that the ultimate flexible polymorph spell can be changed into so many different things. :P

Moar spell dumps.
Bending: A spell that bends things. Great for those strength dumped wizards!
Phantom Gain: Trick an enemy into thinking it has an advantage.
Taze: For when your spellcaster wants to become a law enforcement officer.
Massage: Rough adventuring day? This cantrip will wash away all your aches and pains!
Produce Blame: Even if there was never any fault, this spell helps you make some up for whatever reason.
Burning Wands: The real solution to the CLW Wand problem.
Feather Wall: Create a wall of feathers to amaze or obfuscate your enemy. Comes in all kinds of plumage.
Goblin Box: Summons a box made out of (or constructed by) goblins.
Crue Strike: Disguise your fellow adventurers as a famous classic rock band and rebel against the industry.
False Wife: The spell to end (or begin) all relationships.
Obscuring List: A spell that Santa uses and checks twice with.
Torch of Idiocy: To give to the "expendable" of your party prior to his death (or cause it).
Secret Cage: Create a clandestine containment cell.
Wall of Wand: Creates an entire wall of wands. The antithesis of Burning Wands.
Discern Pies: Helps tell what is and isn't a pie. Heightened versions include determining what flavor and makeup of pie it is (such as a pot pie, apple pie, cherry pie, and so on).
Fry: A cook's favorite spell. Was once used in conjunction with the spell Scry(ing).
Nope Trick: Make a target think there is a chance when there really isn't.
Weapon Stork: The real answer to the question "Where do Fighters come from?"
Block Tentacles: A great spell to keep things PG-13.
Chromatic Mall: Prismatic Mall's rival.
Control Later: For those villains who are lazy or have an insidious plot with an unsuspecting victim.
Drop Mead: For the alcoholic spellcasters that are too poor to buy their own drinks.
Hind Probe: An alien's favorite spell. A potential antithesis of Block Tentacles.
Misintegrate: Bring a target back together incorrectly, creating potentially horrible abominations.
Dimensional Rock: Throw a rock across dimensions to hit enemies.

Building off this:
Phantom Rain: So you can always use the weather as an excuse without actually screwing up the environment.
Phantom Pair: Perfect for Poker night.
Phantom Paid: It's like Planar Ally but for incorporeal undead.
Phantom Main: For designating your best phantom.
and then some more spells
Acid Slash: A touch-range acid damage spell.
Find Undead: Scrying, but only for undead creatures.
Blond Ambition: Wasn't there a movie about this? Oh wait no, that's the with-an-E version.
Cone of Hold: A nice AoE paralysis.
Barkvision: You can see through the outer layers of trees.
Markvision: See through the eyes of anyone named Mark, as long as they're in range.
Death Bard: A Bard-only new blasting spell.
Death Card: Lets you stack a Tarot deck so the Death card is always on top. Not much use in Golarion, as the Harrow deck doesn't have a Death card.
Dragon Flaws: Gives you a bonus to identifying a Dragon's weaknesses.
Drop Lead: Summons a hunk of lead above the target, which then inflicts damage as appropriate for a falling object.
False Like: For when your friend gives you something atrocious as a gift and you don't want to hurt their feelings.
Fatal Area: A new typeless-damage AoE blast.
Feat: Gives you temporary access to a new feat. At base level gives a level 1 Ancestry feat, when heightened lets you upgrade either feat level or feat type.
Fire Rat: Summon a giant rat that's also on fire.
Lease: Draw up a magical contract for loaning something.
Paste: Makes an object or the ground sticky; the counterspell to Grease.
Farm: Summons a fully formed farm wherever you want.
Meal: An alternate version of Create Food.
Mage Band: It's like Ghost Sound but it can only do background music.
Rending: Spend 1 hour casting to apply the Broken condition to an object. When heightened can apply to larger objects.
Mind Flank: Applies the Flat Footed penalty from Flanking to the target's Will Save.
Mine Probe and its counterpart Mine Reading: A (Tolkien at least) Dwarf's favorite spell, used to determine the contents of a mine.
Mine Blank: Conceals the presence of a mine.
Phantom Steer: Summoning cows from the ethereal plane.
Might do more later.

Harp Mind: replace someone's native language with knowing musical notation
Carp Mind: A mental-only version of baleful polymorph
Larp Mind: Force somebody to believe they won't actually come to real harm, because it's just a game, right?
Tarp Mind: Prevents water on the brain
Warm Mind: a precursor to Explode Head
Wart Mind: Target perceives everything as ugly
Warp Hind: ...moving on...
Warp Mine: How a vertical hole becomes a dungeon complex
Warp Find: Distorts archaeological evidence
I think there's still plenty of material untapped.

Wall of Blame still sounds like an attack spell.
Blame Barrier should work for preventing the Blame effect. But the only way to remove the condition would be Shamechange.
And since Shamechange is also a Blame causing spell, then the total amount of Blame in the world is always increasing.
...
This is starting to hit way too close to reality.

Phantasmal Filler. Creates illusionary plaster for those emergency DIY jobs.
Day of Frost. Limited weather control for 24 hours.
Hay of Enfeeblement. Allergic rhinitis.
Gaseous Farm. Agriculture on the Elemental Plane of Air.
Hallucinatory Terrapin. Summon turtles on acid.
Uncontrollable Dunce. Summons That Guy. You know, him.
Mail of the Banshee. Dead woman's letters.
Remove Purse. Pickpocketing.
Rope Truck. Lasso a passing vehicle.
Dimension Poor. Assess the needy for welfare.
Bind Soup. Useful if you have no cornflour in the kitchen.
Dave. Summons a bloke called Dave.
Make Hand. Limited version of regeneration.
Unkeen servant. Reluctant butler.

Mind bank. Though I'm not sure whether it would be for when you lose your mind, or for having a place to store money inside your mind.
Mind flank. Make your enemies think they're being flanked when they're not. shinigami beat me to that one.
Mind plank. Create a sentient piece of wood. Perhaps with one eye. And a smiley face. And you're the only one that can hear what it says.

Could any spell be more thrilling than Dancing Wights?
What about Dancing Tights? A spell that creates pantaloons specifically for dancing.
Or Dancing Fights. In the same round that a target makes a Strike Action (or an action/ability that also involves Striking), the target must also spend an action to do Performance (Dancing), or incur a Frightened condition (one per tier per round) that doesn't decrease until the spell ends (or you knock an enemy down to 0 HP).

Now if we are getting WILD with things I have a few more additions to make:
Stab-ilize : Cantrip (Divine)
Casting Somatic Casting, Verbal Casting
Range 30 feet; Targets one dying creature
A single touch shuts death’s door. The target goes from 0 Hit Points to Dying 1.
Heightened (4th) You increase the target’s dying value by 2.
Summon Nature Sally
Casting Material Casting, Somatic Casting,
Verbal Casting
Range 30 feet
Duration concentration, up to 1 minute or until dismissed You summon a level 1 Druid named Sally from the NPC Table. This creature fghts for you until the spell ends.
and another old favorite,
Take its Curse
Casting Somatic Casting, Verbal Casting
Range touch; Targets one cursed creature touched
You take possession of any one curse affecting the touched creature. If the target is affected by more than one cuse, you can choose from among the curses you are aware of; otherwise choose randomly. Against an
unwilling creature, you must hit it with a melee touch Strike.

Balk: the measure of how much you feel like doing. Certain actions are too tedious to be done frequently and are given a balk rating based on whether something is fun and interesting or tedious and unrewarding rather than restricting things purely based on how long they should take or how much energy they would consume.

To go back to classics:
Raise bead: Because you dropped one and can't find it.
Raise lead: Instant protection from detections.
Raise mead: Favored by Cayden, increases the level of mead in the area.
Raise deed: Because you need to prove you own that palace over there.
Dimension dood: Summons a spirit from the afterlife dressed in a penguin suit. Do not throw, they explode on impact.
Dimension boor: Gets an obnoxious person to pop in and aggravate everyone.
Dimension poor: 'Ports out all the target's money and valuables.
Direstorm: A really mean storm. Storm of Vengeance has nothin' on this one.
Direball: It's mean, it's ugly, it should've died off eons ago.
Wall of Dire: It's ominous and dangerous. Really.
Shucking grasp: For when you need to get the corn done, right now.
Shacking grasp: Grab some wood, instantly build a small structure.
Magic missive: the original name for message.
Magic fissile: A rather explosive version of the original spell, leaves the area radioactive way too often.
Tarts: For those who don't know the scone spells, you can throw tarts for piercing damage. Maybe you should take the toothpicks out when they're done?
