What would YOU change?
I thought it may be time for a more lighthearted discussion of changes we could make to the Playtest.

Personally I look forward to playing that infamous champion of distance lands, the Farbarian.
Or possibly the eternally indecisive warrior, the Mighter.
Perhaps my Mighter will cross-class Bald, so that I don't have to waste actions deciding how to wear my hair. :)

The strength of the fist flows from the power of mind and spirit. You seek to attain perfection—to hone your body into a flawless instrument and your mind into an orderly bastion of wisdom. You are a *Honk!!*

I don't know guys, this is a hard one.
Both Secret Mage and Dinosaur Fort are strong contenders.

Spell Bevel, it should take some of the edge out of the spell-caster balance threads around here.
Can't believe I typed that. :(
We have too many classes in the current lineup, so I nominate the change to Bardarian.

I think the Lizard is an excellent diplomacy related class.

Dark Sephiroth, Darigaaz... could we not? Just in this one thread. Could we please not?
On topic, the Honk sounds terrifying, especially as a fan of Homestuck. XD
Although I hear their jello-based restorative ointment, Quivering Balm, makes them a pretty potent backup healer. :)

Take one of the random characters in the artwork and replace them with the greatest character art to ever grace the pages of a Paizo product- the pig-kicking antipaladin.
Serious answer:
"The following acts are anathema to all druids
•Using metalfetal armour or shields"
Because it's a sore point for me turned into something that makes sense as something you shouldn't do.
Less seriously:
1d20->1d29. Good luck rolling that.

Bag of Folding. Toss your clothes and linens in there, and they'll come out all neat and tidy.
Rysky wrote: RazarTuk wrote: The druid code also used to forbid metal weapons. So it's definitely a weird hangover to still forbid specifically metal armors. Did they? To my knowledge they've always been able to use metal weapons. I just double checked. I was actually thinking of AD&D 2e, not AD&D 1e. And it was actually limited to the club, sickle, dart, spear, dagger, scimitar, sling, and staff. So not the metal ban I had remembered it as, but still a thematic complement to the metal armor ban.

I'd like to be able to cast Phantasmal Miller for when my party feels like baking some bread.
Or perhaps the Fighter's insta-kill ability, Certain Stroke.
And we can't forget the Rogue's Transmutation class feat, You're Nest.
I will definitely be back for more of this. You have opened a dangerous box, OP. XD

And we need to show the Farmer Mages some love by increasing awareness of Power Word Till.
And housekeepers could get some use out of the Counterspill feat.
And the jam makers would love that new domain power Prepare for Bottle.

Replace the Alchemist with the gunslinger except his hands are the guns and every time someone on the forums mentions how much they hate resonance the gunslinger regains a point of grit.

Guys! I think Paizo is already playing this game.
Quoted from Kyra's character sheet in the Resonance Test:
Quote: Resist Energy ( Somatic, Verbal): Choose acid, bold, electricity, fire, or sonic damage. The target and its gear gain resistance 5 against the type of damage you choose. Emphasis unironically mine. Credit goes to Kyra's player for noticing and wondering what does bold damage. :P
