Complaint regarding order #7461605

Hi, firstly,I find complaining about customer issues on company websites distasteful but as I have received no response from the customer service email, I don't know how else to reach you.

With this order, I wanted to apply the downtime discount and my Paizo credit. I struggled to find out how to do this (as evidenced by my forum post on the website forum). Whilst clicking around buttons to investigate at what step I could apply these, I accidentally completed the purchase.

I then sent an email right after on the 27/9/18 stating that:

"I’ve been trying to apply the discount code downtime and my store credit. I can’t find out how to do this and accidentally clicked place order.
Alternatively, I’ll be happy to keep the order with my credit and discount code correctly applied.
Many thanks,
Ryan."

I've received no response and then today, I have received an email saying the order has been confirmed and now no changes can be made.

I appreciate that you are busy, and may have missed the email I sent, but can this situation be remedied?

I'm sorry we missed your email. It appears to have been misplaced in our inbox. Which is a rare occurrence and I'm glad you got in touch with us once again!

At this point, it is hard to tell what was blocking the use of the code in the first place.

What I can do at this point is refund 10% of the cost of the non-subscription items in order 7461605. This will be $5.27 in store credit for you to use on any future orders.

Hopefully this will be sufficient to equal out your expenses for the discount that should have been applied on these two items.

Thank you very much for your help! For further reference, how can I apply my store credit to an item I want to side cart in with my subscription?

Hello Transmission89,

You can use store credit on items that will combine with subscription shipments by ensuring that you are allowing store credit to be used for subscription orders.

At the very bottom of your "My subscriptions" page there will be a line of text indicating whether or not your subscriptions are currently set to use store credit, as well as a button to toggle this option. Ensure that this option is toggled to use store credit and when your subscriptions and other sidecart items generate, the store credit on your account will be applied to the order.

Remember to turn this option off if you ever decide that you would not like your subscriptions to use your store credit. Thank you!
