Additional? None that I know of. Retraining rules would be a way to a change. I once maintained a list of ways to get off list spells (though I haven't updated in years. Anyone who wants to can use it as a base for a more up to date list.) which is likely what you're seeking,

The impundulu doesn't say it gives any special power to change patrons, just that when bound the witch must choose from a list.
The patron ability from the witch class states "when a witch gains her familiar, she must also select a patron."
One possibility is that ANY time a witch gains a different familiar, she can also choose a new patron, and the Impundulu is just a limitation on what they can normally do.
I can't prove that this is how it works, but it does make sense. And this is probably a more expensive option than retraining since the witch would have to replace any additional spells they picked up so it probably isn't unbalanced.

The easiest way to Change your Patron might be a ritual (and some cost) or an Atonement(as that allows a change of faith for Divine casters).
I don't think it is on the Retraining list.
Search Archives of Nethys using "patron" and scan through the long list.
Otherwise, Reincarnation or Death (and a touch of GM caveat)... that leads to changes and sometimes superpowers in comic books.

No, but what it does say is this:
"Witchcraft An impundulu serving as a witch’s familiar gives its master additional spells known, just like a witch’s patron. The master must choose from one of the following patron themes when binding the impundulu, and this choice cannot be changed without dismissing and re-summoning the impundulu: Agility, Elements, or Transformation. These patron spells known are in addition to any granted by the witch’s actual patron."
Thus, choosing it as a improved familiar effectively gives a witch a seond set of patron spells known... Of course, it also eats your soul if you die.

Skipped over that last sentence which makes it clear the witch isn't choosing a new patron.
Disregard my previous post.
