Hi there,

I received an email with the confirmation of the shipping of the Playtest Preorder (#4782301) via Amazon, and understand it is delayed. In the thread concerning the delay, Vic mentioned two emails and the fact that the store credit had now been processed to the affected accounts.

However, I have not received either notification emails concerning the delay, and have no $15 credit on my account.

This has made me a bit nervous concerning the status of this order, could you please check that I am getting my playtest stuff sent to me.

I took a look at your order, and everything in our system looks to be correct. Keep an eye out for your package arriving in the next week.

As to why you did not receive the email updates, be sure to check your junk folder or other email addresses that the emails may have gone to. We did not send out a notification email when the $15 in store credit was granted (although this should be happening soon), but I do see that the $15 in store credit has been added correctly to your account.

It is a concern that you are not receiving the update emails, but make sure you check your email thoroughly, because everything else with the order and the granting of store credit seems fine!

Sorry to sound mercenary, but I am still not seeing anything in my Store credit section in "My Account". I don't know if there is nothing there, or if it is a web glitch.

Hi guys...further to this order, we just received a package from Amazon..yay. but we are missing the flipmats...boo.

Are you able to check if we are one of the 6 Australian orders that were missing our maps

Order 4782301 is attached to a different account than the one you are posting from. That may be why you are not seeing the $15 store credit. It was granted to the account the order was placed with.

Some orders were shipped in 2 packages. the maps have an estimated arrival of late next week.

That is incrediably weird.....I only have one account, and this is the account that I ordered from, and got the email confirming the order to the email associated with this account.

This order was placed through a different account than the one you are posting with. That account has the same shipping address and last name on it so it does appear to be yours or a relatives. If you'd like I can send an email to the email address on the account so you can see where it goes.

That would be fantastic....thanks. if possible, in the email, could you send the user name as well. I think I have my children's accounts set to come to my address. (they play PFS).

I have sent a confirmation email for the order. It will have the name on the account as the person the email is addressing.
