Improved reflexive shield - better name would be reflexive shield warden and require the shield warden feat.

Impossible volley - doesn’t mention how this interacts with multiple attack penalty either during or after the action.

Savage Critical - since a 20 normally crits on an attack which would normally otherwise hit, this should just say you crit on a 19 if it otherwise would hit.

Reactionary - this seems so much worse than weapon supremacy, it should be lower level, maybe 12th or 14th.
