Regoin Support Boon questions

Greetings all, my area was finally okayed for Region Support and i recently acquired a boon from said support program.
The Boon in question, Xenophile, gives the character specialization in skills if i show race boons for certain playable races.

The question arises, as many of the races that were once locked behind boons- like the foreign/Tian and elemental races, are open and playable.

Would the character i apply this boon to get the benefits from the unlocked races, or just the ones i physically have boons for?

Furthermore, if i acquire boons for other races, do those skills unlock at the same time? as opposed to "once you apply the boon, the race bonuses are locked and you can't unlock more"

You must have a physical race boon chronicle, and per other similar RSP boons like Xenophobia it must be an UNUSED race boon. This applies even if you received a race boon in the past, used it to start a character, and at some later time that race became always available.

Your second question is unclear per the verbiage. I would think you could apply additional unused race boons to a character with the Xenophile boon chronicle, but some additional clarification would be helpful.

I have other question about Xenophile.

There are some races than could give you specialization to more than one skill.

Could you attach various race boon of these races, each one giving specialization to a different skill? (using three Ifrit race boon to get specialization in three different perform skill)
