Wave Five Opening
I'll now take any expressions of interest for wave five. You can find the twenty lots here there will be two winners of lots five, six and seven as I have two copies of those.
As before, please Private Message me up to three lots that you'd be interested in. The preferred way is to just list Wave Five - Lots x, y, z in the message title (there's no need for an actual message).
I expect this will be a heavily subscribed wave, so it's likely there'll be more than one entry for each lot. If that's the case, I'll randomly select a winner for each lot - I'm not taking into account previous waves, nor if you are getting something this time around - winning one lot doesn't affect your chances of winning a second or third.

I'll keep wave five open until Friday 17th August and then advise successful winners privately (and ask for addresses then). Note that I ask for addresses each time, even if you've won previously - the Paizo private messages are a bit of a pain to dig back through multiple pages of past messages.
There is one change to shipping - in previous waves I've been using express shipping with tracking. I was hoping to get each wave done and dusted before starting the next. For this final wave, I'm likely to use a cheaper but slower option and (depending on destination) it will probably not come with tracking - definitely not to the United States (which is where the vast bulk of the packages have gone so far).
As such, transit time is likely to be measured in weeks, rather than days. Winners of this wave should probably mentally picture "The end of the year" as the likely arrival time - the longest estimate I've seen with some dummy orders I placed with the Post Office people was 90 days and that's probably business days. :/
Please let me know if you have any queries.

No, I'm thinking not this time. For two reasons:
The first is that I was motivated by a fear that some map packs would have nobody expressing interest - consequently, I'd end up with some left over and lots of people missing out.
The second was my guess that some people in wave four might have found it useful to just "try a map" without really caring which one. I figure it's much more likely people will be looking to target gaps in their collection and "try a rulebook" is going to lead to so many qualifications and exceptions it'll be more trouble than it's worth to try and parse all of those.
I'm afraid you'll just need to choose which three are the ones you most need/want.

I was really pleased when I discovered those binders. It makes it really easy to flick through and find the map pack you need. (The solution isn't finished - my ultimate goal was to 'theme' each binder of five map packs and then to have a reference sheet made out of the five back covers. I hadn't really worked it out yet though and the theming I did achieve was "loose" at best...)

I have spun the excel wheel for the final time and sent private messages to everyone who was successful.
Those who were lucky enough to win this heavily contested wave - please let me know where you’d like your book sent.
Commiserations to those who didn’t win - I had a little over fifty people express interest so it was a less than fifty percent chance of winning this time around.

Okay, I have now sent out all-but-one of the packages.
There were a few wave five winners who didn't get back to me (I'm sure the website downtime didn't help) however, most of them had won in previous waves so I could dig back to find their addresses).
All previous waves should have arrived, but the wave five books may not get there until Christmas according to the worst case scenario of the Post Office people.
If your wave five parcel arrives open and with no book, please do let me know via pm. I probably can't do anything about it, but I definitely can't if you don't tell me. :)
I mentioned it earlier, but to reiterate, I don't have any problem with people doing whatever they like with the books they received. If you end up reading a book and not liking it, please don't feel any ethical pressure if you are considering selling it. It's entirely yours to do with what you wish - the only exception being the Paizo Player Guides to the various APs. They were free products from Paizo and should only be given away, not sold.

I am now declaring this officially closed (feel free to PM me if anything comes up later).
Would a moderator mind locking this thread for me (and if other posters wouldn't mind flagging this post as "breaks other guidelines" to draw it to their attention, I'd appreciate it). Last time I continued to get PMs for a couple of years from people who didn't realise it was over.
For all those who sent me their addresses, I'm talking with Paizo's IT team about purging my Private Messages so your details won't be held in my account at all, in case that's a concern. Hopefully there's a way to automate that, but if not I'll make a point to delete ten a day or something until they're all gone, though that might take several months.

Just had an update from someone who lost a wave five package in the post.
They chased it up with their local Post Office and the book was found! So if you are one of the unlucky few, it's probably worth the effort to try and 'reverse track' it, if you can.
(I did send out a few 'consolation books' to those unlucky ones and they're still on the way. Nonetheless, I thought I'd pass it on).
