Is there a list somewhere of monsters that are in non-Bestiary sources, such as Adventure Paths, setting books, etc.? Are those monsters collected into the Bestiaries, or do they only exist in these various other books?
They are collected into the d20fsrd.com bestiary online. But not listed by publication. At least not that I can tell.

Archives of Nethys also has an index of all Paizo-published monsters. Each entry lists it source, but I don't see a way to sort by source.

I tend to prefer Archives of Nethys to d20PFSRD in general: the Archives is a non-commercial project, and is published under the Paizo Community Use Policy. That means the Golarion content is NOT scrubbed from the descriptions.

True, but as I don't use Golarion as my setting, d20PFSRD is the handiest, quickest way for me and my group to look up things online during a game.

Sounds like I'm doing the opposite: I'm running my game in Golarion, but we've transitioned to using the Dungeon World rules instead of PFRPG.
