Unable to report session...

I just completed an event I created (PFS at a home venue) and I only have the option to edit the event. I don't have the ability to do anything else (no Sessions, Report, etc.). I've tried several different browsers as well as Incognito and In-Private modes with no changes. Any ideas?

Add at least 1 session to the calendar of your event.

Doesn't seem to work. I've added an event/schedule and the only new option was 'download session sheet'.

Yes, I would be happy to if there was a place to create how many sessions there would be. It's like the field has been removed or something...

I am having the same problem. I have created an event but only have the edit link, no option to report the session. A much older event in My Organized Play shows links for Sessions, Clone, Edit and Report. It seems to be just newer events that have this problem.

I have the same problem...

BUMP... Same problem here...

Bump-a-dee-bump bump. Server updates, maybe?

And there was me thinking I was doing something wrong... bump.

I was able to indirectly access the reporting page for my event. I had to take the report link from another event and add the ID from the edit link of the event I wanted to report.

Report Event URL pattern:https://secure.paizo.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/Store.woa/wa/Pathfinder Society/reportEvent?event=XXXXXXX&destinationPath=organizedplay%2FmyAcc ount

Edit Event URL: https://secure.paizo.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/Store.woa/wa/DirectAction/editE vent?event=XXXXXXX

By taking the event=XXXXXXX portion from the edit link and substituting it into the same part of the Report link it allowed me to access the reporting page and report my event.

Hopefully Paizo comes up with a proper fix soon though.

That worked. Thanks!

Note: if it doesn't work for you, make sure you're taking the event portion of the URL, *NOT* the event number itself.

We have documented this bug and are actively working on a fix that will make it possible to report sessions for events.

I am having the same problem described above. I want to report a session from event number #597,458, (LRUHS Gaming Club). However it is not giving me the option.

Thanks, that worked. Mind you, there's a space or a % between organized play and FmyAccount.

I am still unable to report my session from last week on this last event that I created. Is there another place I should report this?

1 person marked this as a favorite.

Bump, event #337534. I created this event and was able to report many sessions. Some other oddities:
* The name has a ~ at the end, "Gaming Etc. PFC&SFS~". This does not appear in the name field in the Edit screen, and it does not go away if I change the name.
* All the delegated reporters are gone, and there is no way to add delegated reporters in the Edit screen.

Update:
I found the solution in http://paizo.com/threads/rzs2v3wi?Can-not-report-scenarios
Simply, paizo added a new "organized play" checkbox which was not checked by default. After checking that and saving, you have to edit again because the "event is live" checkbox is not checked (even if you had it checked before). Check that and save, and now it is OK.

Thank you, Scott! That solved the problem!
