Yeah, that was from Friday. I was wondering if they actually rolled out the code this morning and if shipping will start today, or not.

They must have, as my Battle Case and Hydra used to be seperate shipments, but are now added together in a single shipment.
@DearPaizos, could you please check Order 4757938? The shipment price tripled compared to my last Battle Case order (Order 4526314). From $72 to $194. It's the same 9 to 36 business days in transit.

The team team rolled some code yesterday to fix the shipping problems and ran some reports to fix shipping on pending orders.
The warehouse was able to start shipping a small number of orders last night and we're hoping that shipping will resume as normal today.
If you are still seeing anything strange with your shipping, please let us know. We're really backlogged, so please provide your order number, as that makes it much faster to look into issues.

Diego started looking into this yesterday and we're still waiting more information for the tech team.

The battles part of my sub, order 4906641, appears to be split into two shipments both usps? Is this correct previously i was under the impression ups was the only way.
The other half, order 4755461, is shipping standard. So a different post method, is this correct?
Just want to be sure so things move forward smoothly. Thanks in advance.

I have an order for some dice, #4903838, that's in my sidecart and listed as complete, while my monthly subscription is listed as pending, order #4754063. I hope it's not stuck.

The End Shipping Estimate currently listed in the OP is April 20th. If your order hasn't shipped by the 21st (or they haven't come into this thread to adjust their estimate by then), you should contact Customer Service.

UPS showing up as the only option was part of problems that the tech team had to fix. Your shipping method was fixed through a tool in the system after the warehouse rolled those fixes to the site.
Since your preferred shipping option is set to USPS First-Class, your hydra mini is shipping first class and the case is shipping via priority (since it's too heavy to ship first class).

Order 4903838 was added to your sidecart after order 4754063 was generated, instead of being combined directly with that order. This means that it will wait to ship with your May order.
Since order 4754063 hasn't been processed for shipping yet, I've combined the items from your sidecart that are ready to ship. You should get an updated order confirmation email soon.

The warehouse just started shipping in full force yesterday. For now, I would advise patience while we see how the next couple of days go. They are shipping as fast as they can.
Since the hiccups were related to shipping methods - if you have concerns about your shipping method or number of packages, please let us know.

Nope. They are different items shipping in different package types. They are likely to be processed at different times, based on how the warehouse is optimizing shipments.

Is it too late to change the hydra to the same method so both mini parts ship priority? I hadnt realised id changed the default to first class, usually i leave it ups when minis are due. I must have changed it when the ups cost came through. Sorry.

Hey Sharaya/Sara, I have a similar situation to some others above. My order 4940234 is 'complete', and sitting in my sidecart.
Order 4541635 is 'pending', (I have received 1 item, received about a week ago). But the rest of that order is waiting for the subscription(Starfinder AP) to ship with it.
Any chance to get my side cart added to it since it's still pending. If it's too late, that's fine, waiting on my sidecart until next month isn't a problem, I don't need/want it asap.

Hi Sharaya, are you or Diego still looking at this? (and if so, I'll be patient =)) The shipping costs is still $33 more expensive compared to my last Battle Case order.
The only difference is the Starfinder AP book, but that low weight can't make shipping $33 more expensive, correct?

I appear to be in the same situation. Order 4781231 still pending.
Your order actually looks a bit odd, as it did not get a shipping method assigned to it (somehow), so it has been unable to process.
I've done some poking and prodding and will send you an updated order confirmation email. It should be able to ship anytime now.

My only order is for my subscription, although I only reactivated it on the 7th, so not sure if that's why it is still pending. The normal pdf for the adventure is available for purchase tommorow so not sure if something is wrong with my shipment.
