Beast Shape III with highest reach? (PFS)

Going through the various bestiaries to find animals of huge size or magical beasts of medium size that have crazy reach. So far I've found the Elasmosaurus which is huge sized and has 20ft of reach, but are there any creatures that have more than that which would work for BSIII?
I'm considering having my 11th lvl oracle of life use paragon surge to pick up Improved Arcane Heritage(Arcane) for an Arcane spell, snagging BSIII and using it on her familiar to 1) focus fire away from me and 2) deliver both good and bad touch spells to allies/enemies, respectively.

(Your intention)"use paragon surge"
Half-elf only, we don't know your race, so I am mentioning this.

(Arcane surge text)"are treated as if you possessed any one feat for which you meet the prerequisites"
That implies that you would need Eldritch Heritage(Arcane) and skill focus(any Knowledge) to pull that off. The skill focus is because it is a requirement for Eldritch Heritage(Arcane). I ignore the charisma because you are a charisma caster and thus likely meet that requirement already.

As for what you are trying to do with new arcana from the arcane bloodline, well FAQ :
Means no.

Aberrant Bloodline for Sorcerers (Long Limbs, Ex) grants a +5ft reach at 3rd lvl, +10ft at 11th, and +15ft at 17th, should stack with Beast Form, unless I'm missing some thing.

Long limb does say "you are making a melee touch attack", which would imply that it doesnt apply for the purpose of any attack but melee touches. It wouldnt help him because the beast shape is meant for his familiar, not himself.

You won't be able to cast beast shape III. There is a FAQ

New Spells Known: If I gain the ability to add a spell that is not on my spell list to my list of spells known, without adding it to my spell list, can I cast it?

No. Adding a spell to your list of spells known does not add it to the spell list of that class unless they are added by a class feature of that same class. For example, sorcerers add their bloodline spells to their sorcerer spell list and oracles add their mystery spells to their oracle spell list. The spell slots of a class can only be used to cast spells that appear on the spell list of that class.

I apologize, I should have been more clear.
I am a half elf, and I do already have Eldritch Heritage: Arcane (which is how I have a familiar in the first place) and by taking Improved Eldritch Heritage as my feat from Paragon Surge, I gain one sorcerer spell known at the highest spell level I can cast.
So yes, I can cast Beast Shape III.
My advice request still stands- what options would be good for my familiar to be able to just sit in the middle of the battlefield and deliver my touch spells while I hide behind it?

Well actually it looks like I was misreading the FAQ. That's really unfortunate and makes me wonder why that faq is there in the first place.
As far as I know, paragon surge is the only ability that potentially gives a divine caster access to any one arcane spell, and only through Improved Eldritch Heritage: Arcane. What's so wrong about that?
