Build for Shadows of Gallowspire


Advice


I've got a partial build for the end of a Carrion Crown campaign, but I'm at a loss for what direction to take the remaining resources. It's built to generate Channel Energy and Smite Evil, but I haven't figured out how best to build up its defenses and survivability or what primary form of offense the build should use.

I think Toughness would be a good feat expenditure.

Thoughts?


Just at a glance, it looks like you have a lot of unfavorable multiclassing and your class features are all going to be individually quite weak. I'd be very concerned that this character will end up being a "jack of all trades, master of none" lame duck in actual play. Your Magus spells are going to be fairly impotent, you've only got 1d6 sneak attack, your Paladin Smite is limited by your low Paladin level, and I'm not really sure what those Cleric levels actually do for you other than requiring you to divert points into wisdom.

My thought is that you need to bolster your damage output desperately.
