I am trying to figure out if I can get one if I haven't played the Module? or if I'll have to play it so I can have the chronicle sheet?

It sounds like this should be in the PFS forums. But yes, you'll need to play the module (I think it's Curse of the Riven Sky?) to get access to it.

Yes you need to have played the module. You can only buy it if it is on the chronicle sheet and you have the chronicle sheet on your character wishing to buy it.
