I'm looking for magic items that get my guy out of grapples. Ring of freedom of movement is the gold standard, but it takes a lot of gold. What else is there? Bonus if it's a wondrous item because I can probably craft it. One-use items are hypothetically welcome if they're cheap enough, easy to get to, and don't take up a slot. Thanks.
Background = 9th level vanilla Bard, but I'm interested in any help for all classes.

Salve of Slipperiness is a cheap consumable that makes you practically immune to grappling for 8 hours.
Vest of Escape only gives you a +6 bonus on Escape Artist, but if you also use Disable Device it's worth the 5,200 gp price tag.
A Rod of Escape helps vs grapples and makes you un-pinnable.
Slick, Improved Slick, and Greater Slick on your armor give you +5, +10, and +15 competence on Escape Artist respectively, though the prices rise quickly.
Boneless Leather armor gives you a +5 on Escape Artist and CMD, plus some nice other things.
Amorphous armor gives similar bonuses.

Boots of Escape (ninja'd on the boots)
Potion of Gaseous Form
Jester's Jaunt as a known spell (requires concentration check, which is probably an issue)

Don't forget Liberating Command. It's a bit awkward to use on yourself — you need wait until you turn so you'll have the immediate action for the escape attempt after you cast the spell. It's too useful a spell not to have.

You can’t use Liberating Command on yourself because it’s an immediate action cast which precludes the immediate action escape attempt.

Good point.
