WANTED: GM for King Maker (Gestalt)

Pulled up the old recruitment rules. If we are going lvl1 from start of AP, and the new GM wants to keep this as the ‘high powered gestalt kingmaker’

Old Character Generation:

“I am not a fan of the buy out systems, so roll 5d6 seven times. Taking the three highest of the 5 rolled and adding them together. Six of these will be your stats. Please show the dice rolls on the recruitment page.
One more twist to help your characters to have that little boost to be excellent in what you do. You may take away from one stat and give it to another. But the top stat cannot be more than 18. But only one time.

So for example you have 11 and 15. Take 3 away from 11 and give 15 those 3. So the 11 becomes 8 and 15 becomes 18.

After 55 pages of game thread...
They party saved olegs outpost...
defeated the bandit camp
Defeated the main bandit camp and killed the stag lord.
Found Bokkens Hut
Met Kestend Garess.
LOTS of RPing.
Found a monolith that granted abilities at a cost...Something the old dm added.
I will try to read the other half of the game thread soon.

Good summary. To explain the monolith...my bastard noble paladin bargained away his noble blood in exchange for the power to bring combat evil. He Angelic Blood (his skin turned silver, with the holy symbol of Irori burnt onto his forehead) and his amulet of mighty blows became an intelligent item, like a Magus’ Black Blade. GM controlled intelligent item, which will try to take over his mind if he goes against the spirit of the agreement. I had guessed that the amulet upgrades would be reflected in the last GMs WBL decisions.

I understand that this isn’t normal for characters. So I’m flexible with any new GM in adjusting or retiring this character.

Update part 2 Up to page 90
Found a gold mine
Some floating rock bridge that leads to a grove of glowing fruits.
Spiders with a bunch of stuff in their lair.
Bleeg: A trapper that was found under logs..dead
Many pranks by some type of fey.
Fang Berries
A grave of a barbarian with a ring of swimming.
an undead child was found


Update part 3...finished
Found a hot spring with frogs.
Gnomes trying to cross a river with a wagon
Statue of Erastil
A huge pit 300 feet across and over a 1000 fit deep
A dead unicorn
Tazelwyrm den
Garuum Boggard
Temple of the Elk
Lizard Man village
A island with ruins on it.
That is all that I was able to come up with.


Ok so that sounds like you covered just about everything in book 2 except the final encounter and maybe a few random hex of exploring.


I tried contacting Paizo support about becoming the Gm but no reply I will just create my own game and have you come over.

So those of you still interested assume you keep your characters as they are I will need to go over a few things and we start things off with everyone gathered inside your keep or palace? Were did you establish you city at the location of the stag kings base?


It is a Weekend, so I would expect things to be slow

Thank you for doing this. :)

I’m retiring my last character. Upon reflection he just doesn’t fit well into the AP. This game about in the gameplay thread organically, but it just doesn’t work well.

Will have a cleric of Adabar up by tomorrow and posted in the gameplay thread. Will be much more kingmaker-friendly
