I'm trying to make the jump from GMing APs and custom campaigns to signing up to GM some society game (both PFS and SFS), and the PDF only nature of the scenarios is really annoying me.
Local printing chains didn't either didn't want to accept the print job (even with a print out of the copyright FAQ stuff), or had to resize things in horrible illegible ways (said they couldn't accommodate the full bleed, doesn't look full bleed to me, but....). So I bought a printer and its been no end of problems regarding constantly running out of ink (and still not looking great).
I love Paizo's production values, I have close to their entire line of PF hardcovers and softcovers. I'd buy all the PFS/SFS scenarios in a heartbeat if I could have a reliable way to get a nice quality version of them. As it is, I'm buying each scenario after I've played it as a player to be ready to GM when an chance arrives, but the frustration is getting to me.

To answer the question posed in the subject line, there are two issues.
1) How many people would actually buy them and how much would they have to cost?
2) There is substantial lead time involved in producing a physical product. In addition to the additional employee work, Paizo would have to have the scenarios complete months before release to allow for printing and shipping.
There has been discussion with Paizo about a "compendium" or "best of" printed book for each season, but that's kinda fallen by the wayside as there hasn't been space in the production schedule.
Thanks for all the suggestions/reasons. Still wish they produced physical copies, but I'll find something that works for me.... Probably won't be a tablet, not a big fan of electronics at the gaming table (but never care what others do, as long as they don't ignore the game.)
I'm with you. For what it's worth, I found a local two-bit printing business. They print out an entire season for me for less than a hundred bucks - much cheaper than the big print places I've tried (the small shop also uses a higher quality/thickness paper).
He says it's a nice change from marketing pamphlets, business cards and letterhead.
He also prints and binds a couple of copies of each player guide for the APs for me, although they are more expensive. Nonetheless, I took in a player companion and he matched the cover/paper nearly perfectly. Much better service than our equivalent of kinko/staples/etc.

Interesting. I'll poke around some of the smaller shops and see what I can find. I had been talking to a custom binding place to repair my much used Wrath of the Righteous books. (Three of mine suffered from the complete binding failure that was going around then). Really wanted to combine/divide the 6 books into 3 books (AP, Bestiary/Gear, Fluff Volumes) but sadly since chapters start on facing pages you can't make that work
