Since we probably have no chance of getting edit access, i would ask that someone creates a new document that we can continue to work on as this would probably be very helpful to many people. (As shown by the fact that this question has come up at least thrice on these forums)

I added the information, i may get around to getting the links done. The real problem is sifting through all the rule books to try and find any new modification abilities.
