Personally my guess was Gencon GM boon. Either way it's not the first time that's happened, last year we knew the Gencon boon was Vanara because of things added to Additional Resources.

At the very least, there's one triaxian PC out there, courtesy of a charity auction boon from Gen Con 2016.

Not all boons/additional resources pan out as expected.

Ask Shivok about Mounted Tradition mentioning Kobolds.
