My group is currently playing the strange aeons adventure path and was wondering if there was going to be a more indepth look at the Great Old Ones. There is a description of the cult of Hastur with his obediences and what not and wanted more info on the cult of Yog'sothth and the other Great Old Ones?
Are there plans to release a soft cover book detailing them?

There are no plans yet for a book like what you describe.

At least, that's the word from Paizo...
However, Sandy Petersen's Cthulhu Mythos for Pathfinder is almost done. This was a crowdfunded project, and it's almost done - as a backer, I actually have a copy of the text before layout on my computer right now.
Among many other things, this book does have information on quite a few eldritch entities, both those parties can face and those in the realm of the gods. I mean, we're not talking ten-page writeups for each and every one of them - that'd be a bit much for an RPG book - but there IS a lot of stuff in the book that'll fit in with Strange Aeons. If you're looking to enhance your game with some additional material, I'd definitely keep an eye out for the final release of that. ^^

Yog Sothoth isn't a great old one, he is an outer god. If I'm not mistaken.

Any links or ways to get a hold of a pdf copy once it's done?

If I were a betting man, I'd make a pretty good bet that it'll be put up for sale here on Paizo.com, as well as on other popular sites. It's not actually done, though, so no links. The current status is... *Checks*
On July 13th, they said they'd be reviewing layout proofs in a few days. That was estimated to take "a few short weeks" (as they check for spelling and grammar problems, ensuring everything looks good, et cetera), and they'd be sending out PDF copies to backers once that was done. I don't know their timeline for a public release, but it's probably not *too* long afterwards.

Psh. Psh, I say. XD ...But okay, we DO have links! (They don't always go up for products that haven't been released...)
As for Yog-Sothoth, neither. He's an Outer God, not a Great Old One. 8D

Excellent point bringing up Sandy Petersen's Cthulhu Mythos for Pathfinder! I mean, look at who one of the contributors is. :)

James Jacobs and Liz Courts :3
(were you involved? I don't remember seeing your name pop up during the Kickstarter)

Nah, I wasn't involved. I was asked early on, but had zero time to commit.
