I am trying to design a campaign with the premise that it is a fantasy type world that an all-powerful Creator keeps making and then destroying and then remaking again. This eternal cycle of creation and then destruction keeps happening. What kind of Races, Classes, Characters, spells, would be appropriate for this type of world? Any sort of advice would be welcomed.

Have the people inside the world become aware that they're doomed? Or is this discovery awaiting the PCs? Because if no one else knows, I'm not sure it would be that different from a typical PF world.
Blight druid. Life oracle. Conjuration wizard. Destruction and creation domain. Wish spell.
But i whould prefer that the pc's be able to at least stall the destruction of the world.
