Kitsune Tricks + Specific Dirty Trick Effects

Rules Questions

The feat Kitsune Tricks reads:

Quote:
While you are using the Kitsune Style feat, you can apply two different conditions with a single dirty trick combat maneuver check. Removing both conditions imparted in this way requires only one action.

How does this interact with features that interfere with removing specific conditions of Dirty Trick? For example, Superior Dirty Trick extends how long it takes to remove one specific condition or the Underhanded Trick rogue power prevents enemies from removing the Blind condition for 1 round.

Well it doesn't say it takes a certain action to clear both, and since clearing one clears the other, o it would take them the extended time to clear both of the effects given. NICE synergy.

Okay, well that seems crazy crippling. You can essentially sit there and extend Blind ad nauseum plus a second condition and just utterly debuff one enemy into oblivion.

Considering it is a 5-feat investment (!) with a ability pre-req and a CMB attack roll required, that seems like a fair trade off.

INT 13 & Combat Expertise (or Dirty Fighting feat)
Improved Dirty Trick
Greater Dirty Trick
Kitsune Style
Kitsune Tricks

If you went all in on this chain you could have everything up and running around L6 or L7 depending on your class' bonus feat situation.

Of course, the party wizard has been permanently blinding people since Level 3...
