Aaaand a good friend/excellent roleplayer friend of min is makign a character for this over the weekend so if Chalkou takes the invite and DM Waz up? wants to make a character we'll be flush with 6 players by Monday and I'll start from there.
For the record, I already have several encounter ideas before you get to the Minotaur.

my 5th player in has promised to be ready to go by Monday so just waiting on if DM was up? wants to make a character and I'm closing that option Friday.
He can have to Monday if he makes a character but I need an answer before then. Assuming everyone does as planned I'll launch into the game with an update Monday and get things rolling.
Since the Labyrinth was treated largely like a Maze spell I'm going to sort of hand waive some confusion and time has passed you come out of it and you're suddenly hanging out with new people.
You've lost your Egyptian and Centaur friend and in their places are a Bronze Warforged and what ever Brian makes (he's going to go for arcane trickster so... prolly rogue wizard.)

Okay I'm going to offer to run this game. I can get a recruitment thread and fill your holes inside a week. Heck you can make a character if you like and I won't even need to.
I've had a run at PbP before and I learned from my mistakes and I have 20+ years of GMing. I'm confident I can pick up the pieces and make this work. If you and your players are down make a character of your own I'll accept Chalkou (so make a skill character) and we'll move on.
My Illse of Minoa and overall greek/roman game might be different then you envisioned but I think you owe the players that stuck through this for you a chance.

And the Maze did infact act as a maze spell(Using a Lower DC and a random encounter Chart I made) however the players where about to encounter the Minotaur, I can explain to you through PM what I had for the fute if this game...
That or be an Alchemist, ... Yeah going for a Bomber ranged Support warforged Scout.
