It makes you count as humanoid(human) for "all purposes," so that includes feats and race traits.

I think that would be reasonable but it would be for the GM to decide, not an automatic Yes.

This is a grey area. I'd say it's ok but could see others maybe having an issue with it. However, you could always be adopted[shaonti human] if someone had an issue with you taking it outright.
