OK, this is unlikely to be in a lot of people's knowledge sets.
This is a very superhero-like archetype. Even Metroid/Megaman video game without much of a stretch.
1) Can an adaptive gunner get the Point Blank Master Feat?
2) Can it be reasonably fluffed that blasts can be fired from alternate hands, and the powershots come from both hands?
.....this doesn't really add anything but style, but I like the flavor of it.
3) How would you work a feat to have stronger Powershots with a recoiling bull rush on the enemy and pushing the Gunner back?
2: if all you doing is adding cool stylistic flare with no mechanical expectations, then I see no reason to say no to this.
3: vital strike could work for the stronger power shots, but not sure about the bull rush aspect. there is probably a feat for ranged bull rush somewhere. I could swear I have seen one.

NM on number one. I really do miss the most obvious things sometimes.
Defensive Shot (Ex): At 13th level, a marksman no longer provokes attacks of opportunity when making ranged attacks with a ranged or thrown weapon.
Just need to find that illusive knock back advantage :)
So there is a 3rd level Tempest Gale maneuver from Path of War expanded called Battering Gale. the trick herethat you will either have to burn feats on the Martial Training line, multiclass, or see if the marksman archtype in PoW:E is compatible with you already planned archetype. could still swear there was a feat though, but you'd likely spend just as many feats on it, lol.
EDIT: looking at the possibility of archetype stacking these two (adaptive gunner and Mind's Eye Disciple), seems unlikely. and not worth it even if you could. so you can ignore that particular suggestion.

Tempest Gale Style is perfect. It does More than required for the original concept.
Guess I need to add Path of War to my repertoire.
Since it is a ranged attack, most of the time, hopefully, no one will be within range to act on the provoked AoO.
