Hello fellow Pathfinders!
I need some advice. I am starting a new character, a Lizardfolk Stygian Slayer who Duel Wields Star Knives.
Thing is i usually play wizards and clerics.
So do any of you have any advice on what feats and talents i should choose? I'm thinking i want to focus on stealth and intimidation.
Please and Thankyou!

If you're going to do intimidation with that setup then Power Attack and Cornugon Smash seem natural feats to go for. Assuming that you're primarily interested in fighting in melee then the ranger combat style talents for the two-weapon combat style seem natural. The thrown style is trickier to use and trickier to build for too, but it can work.
With the 'fellow Pathfinders!' bit, does that mean you're playing in Pathfinder Society (PFS)?

No im and not Society, i was just being dramatic.Yes i intend to focus on Melee with my Stealth, with intimidation and throwing coming in second.

VMC is the Pathfinder Unchained variant rule for multiclassing. You don't need it and if you want feats used on melee, intimidation and maybe stealth or throwing as well then you can't afford it - it costs your feats at levels 3, 7, 11, 15 and 19 and gives you some class features from another class at those levels instead.
If you're not in PFS then the next feat after Cornugon Smash is Hurtful.
Since you're planning to use starknives a lot Weapon Focus is not a waste of a feat. Iron Will may be useful considering you're unlikely to have an especially high wisdom (lacking class features which use it) and considering slayers have a poor base will save.
If you want to use stealth in combat then you might consider getting the Skill Focus (Stealth) and Hellcat Stealth feats.
If you're going to throw starknives often then you probably need Quick Draw. Point Blank Shot and Rapid Shot are also useful - since you're fine with getting into melee you may not need Precise Shot. There is a feat line starting with Startoss Style you might look at but it doesn't work with two-weapon fighting, you can't even be holding a starknife in your off hand.

There's potentially three ranger combat style feats you can get with talents rather than two. You can take the first at levels 2+, the second at 6+, the last at 10+. Besides the obvious TWF, Improved TWF & Greater TWF you're likely to want Double Slice so that's one more feat you want. You could possibly get the last with rogue talent: Combat Trick, but you might want the rogue talent: Trap Spotter talent instead, depending on how your GM likes to use traps. With a rogue talent and trapfinding that's all your talents to level 10 at least.
I don't think assassinate is that useful but YMMV; evasion and opportunist and maybe the slowing strike talent look better to me.
