Hi, a friend of my is want it to make a mesmerist that use this trait, most of all because he want it use card as a weapon. For obvius reason he do not qualfy for Arcane Strike, so we were searching for an alternative that allow use card as a weapons with a mesmerist... did you know any feat or rule can help us?

Caster's Champion. It wouldn't be ideal for a mesmerist but it would work. Or just ask your GM to allow an equivalent feat to Arcane Strike for psychic magic if you're not in something like PFS.
