I am thinking about a build for an upcoming game.
My basic plan is to make a tiefling u-monk (scaled fist) 1/ ninja x-1 / ghoulblooded sorc x.
The idea is to use feral combat training to flurry with claws (from maw or claw and some rounds with ghoul claws) and sneak attack in melee or sorc spells for magic.
Feats:
1: Weapon focus (claw), bonus: Dragon style
3: Feral combat training
5: Ability focus (paralysis)
For the sake of this thread please let's assume that twice cha to ki-pool and monster feats work and not discuss this.
Any suggestions or pieces of advice?
Not that sorcerers or level 1 unchained monks even get a ki pool anyway.
For clarity // or | is usually used to separate the gestalt classes, e.g. Monk / Ninja // Sorcerer
Now, actual suggestions! You might well want more feats, and the eldritch scrapper sorcerer archetype can give you them. It would mean you miss out on other bloodline powers.
Another means of getting a sorcerer bloodline is the blood arcanist archetype for the arcanist. I prefer that class to sorcerer. If you're mostly casting buffs then you don't need that much Int.

Scaled Fist UnMonk does some very odd things and shakes up a lot of builds. Paizo may have deliberately swapped out Still Mind in the archetype (to clutter an easy path to champion of Irori, but there are plenty of other directions for Cha-based classes including the monk dragon Disciple.
OP, it *looks like it should be right.*
At the very least it has all 3 good saves, d10 hd, full (or 19/20) bab and 9th level casting which ticks the gestalt boxes. It is very SAD for as much Cha as possible. ghoul touch should be fine...
Do the numbers?
Come to think of it an arcanist with any archetype would do as the bloodline development exploit alone is sufficient for the claws. Twilight Sage would match the ghoul sorcerer bloodline nicely. Or the base arcanist if you like the arcanist exploits and want more of them.
BTW, Fractional BAB is normally used in gestalt to avoid exactly the sort of 19/20 BAB situation from mismatched progressions that 0o0o0 O 0o0o0 mentions.
I'll have a look at the arcanist.
When it comes to BAB I'd thought you take one side of the gestalt and use that BAB. In my case either the u-monk/ninja or the sorc side.
Edit: I mentioned double ki-pool because I am not yet certain that I stick to 1 level monk only but forgot to state that. But that would, most likely, only be after ninja 10 so I can take the trick Unarmed Combat Mastery
