I have taken the Plant domain instead of Animal Companion for my Druid (for thematic rather than mechanical reason).
The first ability of the Plant domain is Wooden Fist:
Wooden Fist (Su): As a free action, your hands can become as hard as wood, covered in tiny thorns. While you have wooden fists, your unarmed strikes do not provoke attacks of opportunity, deal lethal damage, and gain a bonus on damage rolls equal to 1/2 your cleric level (minimum +1). You can use this ability for a number of rounds per day equal to 3 + your Wisdom modifier. These rounds do not need to be consecutive.
Now the wording from Polymorph description is:
While under the effects of a polymorph spell, you lose all extraordinary and supernatural abilities that depend on your original form (such as keen senses, scent, and darkvision), as well as any natural attacks and movement types possessed by your original form.
Any thoughts? Is it as simple as, its a SU ability so no go?
Cheers in advance.
Edit to add: Would Bramble Armour (the 6th level ability) also be a no go?

You could activate Wooden Fist just fine*, but you don't have hands and you can't make unarmed strikes in wildshape form. The ability does not apply to natural attacks.
*) Most Ex and Su abilities work in polymorph - the only ones you lose are those that stem from your physical body.
Bramble Armor should work just fine.
