Hello Kim,

Thank you for letting us know. I do see a different payment method on the order not. I just gave it a try and we got a decline of, "General decline of the card. No other information provided by the issuing bank." This is a decline on your banks end so I don't have more information about why it may have been declined.


Still trying to resolve this with the bank. Sorry about that. Can you cancel the order and I'll try again once it's fixed?

Hello Kim,

No need for apologies! Since all of these items are subscription based, I have opted to suspend the order, rather than cancel it. This will ensure that the warehouse to not attempt to process it again while your card is still having issues, but it won't affect your subscriptions. (Typically canceling an item in the subscription would cause the subscription to be canceled, since items cannot be skipped.)

If suspending them works, you'll just want to let us know when you're ready to try again, and we can unsuspend it. Otherwise, if you'd still prefer to cancel, just let me know and I can take care of that for you.

Please let us know if there's anything else we can help you out with in the meantime.

If you actually could cancel my order and the subscriptions with it, that would be very helpful. I will resubscribe later.

Thanks for getting back to us! I've canceled the order, and the subscriptions attached to it. Since the Class Deck and Society Scenario subscriptions did not have any items in this order, they were not canceled automatically. However, if you'd like those canceled as well, just let me know and I'll get that taken care of.

Whenever you're ready, you should be able to start up your subscriptions again through our website. If there's anything else we can help you with in the meantime, please don't hesitate to ask.
