combining meta magic from magus arcana

hey, so if my magus has the silent spell arcana and the still spell arcana, can he use both of them at once to cast a silent and still spell?

Looking at the description of Magus Arcana:

The only restriction the rules mention on making use of the abilities is "Magus arcana that affect spells can only be used to modify spells from the magus spell list unless otherwise noted."

Silent Magic (Su) and Still Magic (Su) do not note otherwise, so the spells they modify must come from the magus list. There are no other restrictions on Magus Arcana in general to be found anywhere on the linked page.

Both Silent Magic and Still Magic state "The magus can cast one spell per day as if it were modified by the Silent/Still Spell feat. This does not increase the casting time or the level of the spell." They do not impose any additional restrictions beyond that. As such, you can choose to treat a single spell as if it was modified by both feats once per day. The spell level does not increase, nor does the casting time. The spell slot expended is whatever slot you prepared the spell in initially.

So, to recap the logic chain:

• I have a magus spell prepared in one of my spell slots
  
• Both Silent Magic and Still Magic can apply to a magus spell once per day
  
• There is no restriction in the arcana text for those specific options nor in the magus class in general that further restricts it (beyond it only working on spells from the magus spell list)
  
• As such, I can apply both of them to the same spell

I do not play PFS, so you will want to check their campaign clarifications/houserules to ensure that they didn't make any specific ruling on this, but RAW it works.
