No, I was very specific in saying his campaign had the plan. Trump is still all toddler id.

Couple of thoughts from a political science junkie.
1) Trump's base loving his bombastic stupidity is not the same as EVERYONE ELSE loving it. Trump has a lock on most of the Republican Party ...
I'm not sure that's even true actually. There are a LOT of republicans who do not support Trump, and, according to polls, the number is growing.

Really? *puzzled expression* Out of curiosity, why would that not work for her?

Because men can use tactics and be called masterful, leadership quality, and Presidential material. If a woman however does the exact same thing, she's called a word that won't get past the profanity filters on this board.
Or to keep it short... she's a woman.

Oh, that sucks pteranodon eggs. That concept never occurred to me. >:(

When he hired Roger "I got paid $40 million to sexually harass women" Ailes to prepare his debate strategy.

It's amazing. Nobody's even pretending Hillary isn't facing huge double standards. NPR is talking about how in order to win she needs to somehow crush Trump without looking annoyed, derisive, or raising her voice.
Let's do predictions, folks! My prediction: Trump will spend the whole debate yelling, then Hillary will raise her voice slightly and he'll say she's screaming.

She's got to do better and she's got to do it backwards and in heels.

Have any of you ever seen Trump Speak. He really doesn't sound that impressive. Edited for clarity: Trump normally comes off as someone who has no idea about the way to speak in public. He reuses words and restates things numerous times in a row that do not need repeating. In many instances it paints him badly simply because the way he presents himself in public speaking shows him in a bad light (that's without even looking at the content he is talking about, just the form in which he approaches public speaking). :End editing.
In that light, I expect Clinton will win it hands down by a landslide, no matter what questions are asked of each side. She'll simply sound far more intelligent or at least trained in how to speak publically.
Whether that is what wins over public opinion is a different thing. There must be a dynamic where people hear Trump speak and for some reason get won over by him. It doesn't work for me, but apparently it works in a major way on others out there.
It may be that some sort of item will come up that will make Clinton look bad in retrospect.
So I expect Clinton will win the actual debate which is seen, but who knows what the after effect will be. Could be that Trump get's a boost or Clinton does. I have no idea.

OK, I've got a bag of Skittles for dessert later, but now I want a big bag of raisins. (Seriously, I like raisins.)

Sure, Hillary will sound smarter and more polished. But as you summarized, that doesn't necessarily mean "winning".
Something I saw on Twitter:
HILLARY TIPS
-- Fix everything
-- At least 5 A+ zingers
-- Don't come off too smartTRUMP TIPS
-- Speak English
-- Wear pants
-- Have fun

In addition to the whole grading on a curve thing, Trump's surrogates have been on a full court press against the moderators doing any fact-checking. He's scared and desperately wants to be free to lie on stage with only Clinton able to call him out - which is much easier to turn into a playground "am not/are too" back and forth.
