As far as I know, no Bloodrager gets more than 4/9 spellcasting, but Enlightened Bloodrager does get upgraded to the Medium's spells per day and spells known, but with the spell list being composed of the union of 0 level Sorcerer/Wizard spells, 0 through 4 level Druid spells, and normal Bloodrager spells (1 through 4 level), with casting of 0 level spells starting at level 1 (most Bloodragers don't start casting spells at all until 4th level, and never get 0 level spells).
Enlightened Bloodragers also get off the hook for AC penalty and Int/Wis/Dex/Cha skill use prohibition at level 4, but in exchange they get their 1st level Bloodline Power at 8th level and following Bloodline Powers delayed by 8 levels.
They also get some additional Bloodline Feat choices, but in exchange they get NO damage reduction.
The next closest thing I can think of is Eldritch Scion Magus, which becomes a Charisma-dependent spontaneous spellcaster and gets a Bloodrager Bloodline.
After that, the next closest thing I can think of after that is an Arcanist who dips 1 level in Bloodrager and takes the Bloodline Development Arcane Exploit to progress the Bloodrager Bloodline (instead of the normal effect of getting a Sorcerer Bloodline stuck at effective 1st level except when spending Arcane Reservoir points to boost it temporarily). Here are my thoughts on this and here's a build (in both cases, also see the next few posts, although if you go far enough after the 1st one, it runs into the 2nd; at some point I should probably consolidate all this stuff into 1 post for convenience).
