After the special, I tried to help pressure Thursty & Co. pressure my VC into drinking at Scotty's instead of prepping Twisted Circle, to no avail. After meeting Thursty (while forgetting to actually introduce myself) and undoubtedly earning the dark fury of my VC, I have to say it was worth it.

Very glad I decided to skulk around instead of going back to my room and sleeping.

Mitch is definitely the MVGM (most valuable GM) of the con so far.

All reporting except Cosmic Captive and current slot is done. 709 tables reported (ACG included).

#8–00 went well, including the technological components created by Paizo's Christopher Anthony and Syrinscape's Benjamin Loomes. As is tradition, I got to spend most of the slot wandering the Sagamore Ballroom meeting players and GMs. It's pretty amazing to see how many faces I recognize from past events, all brought together by a really fun adventure. Matt Duval did a great job with this interactive.

Walter's feat of gastronomic prowess left me momentarily stunned but we quickly fell into a familiar rhythm of late-night trash talking that resulted in a challenge to eat a pair of two-pound burgers. In retrospect, perhaps I shouldn't goad RVCs. Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go sass Jon Cary, learn what terrors Eric Brittain endured at the hands of my old Georgia PFS compatriots, harangue Bob Jonquet, buy Auke a beer, and tell Todd Morgan to "Go on now, get!"

Finally got a slot of Orders from the Gate to fire. Signifer Karva would like to thank Jilij, Amiri, Meresiel, Sajan, Reiko, and Kyra for their pursuit of order.

Last night's Cosmic Captive was electric. It took two hours for me to get de-amped enough to sleep. (which made that 6AM alarm a bit awful, but I digress.) Our 7-8 table had Oloch as primary healer. He also won a dance contest.

Now, Scotty's!

Grand Lodge 4/5

I too am at Scotty's! Grabbing a bite after an early end to my slot, as well as a commemorative tshirt for a friend back home.

So, after today, I have only gotten to run three tables of PFS, and missed two of the three specials. Not going to lie, I'm getting pretty discouraged. I managed to focus on the players and run a couple of quests which helped, one of the tables was a group of four completely new to Pathfinder, which was fun. Well, I guess I get to have an early night...

Tables run: 3 of 7
Prospect of running tomorrow: slim

I am curious about Walter Sheppard's food consumption. Those two meals he described have to be like 10% of his body weight.

Either he's got a tapeworm or he's training to compete against Kobayashi.

Is this sort of thing common at Gencon, or an outlier? Because if I came down to GenCon specifically to GM, I'd feel really unhappy if most of my tables did not fire.

Hugs to Mitch!

All 8 of my tables fired only hitch was my Saturday night slot scenario got changed because of ticket sales.

Best part was getting to GM tables for a lot of new pathfinder is a blast

Well, my last table did make, so at the very least half of my tables made. It was good table, the players has fun. In the volunteer meeting now.

HMM:I'm pretty sure that I'm an outlier. It still stings, especially since I'm not sure when I'll have the chance to run 7-99 again.

Well I am sitting at a bar someplace in Illinois as I write this.

I was a tier 4 GM so I had 5 tables of 7-21 Sun Orchid Scheme.

All 5 fired and I had a blast running them. I earned my first star (no honey Hmm) and really enjoyed being part of Friday's special with my first character playing in high tier. Thanks Jack for a great time.

Had a blast with the other two specials. Zephyr was a blast.

Almost missed my 9:12 True Dungeon experience on Saturday but ran in just a few minutes late.

Over all a great time meeting a lot of great people.

And Mitchell makes me wonder about the awesome news.....

I had a great time at Gen Con this year. I ran 8-02 Ward Asunder five times (outta six) and it was just as fun to run the last time as it was at the beginning.

My "Friend" said there was a "good" restarant "just down here" and it ended up being four or five city blocks. I got back to run the special right at 8 O'clock on Saturday night. Ended up, after a bit of confusion, playing instead. Thankyou to whomever gave me the generics to use for that. Ended up using my Character name tents and the maps I prepped for the GM to use instead.

Return to Azlant Ridge was insane. We had to make liberal use of "Obscuring Mist" in the last "battle."

Good Times. It was also nice to meet John Compton and talk with him for a few, and me and my friend saw Eric Mona at the booth in the Vendor hall. Oh, and seeing Bob was awesome, even though I stayed and talked with him for way to long.

Thank you, guys, for an awesome Gen Con experience!!

I spy with my little eye... Tannis, ToZ, and other Paizo people in the airport! I'm at gate A21 if anyone's bored and wants to kick it before I fly out.

Last night? Hit up some a brazilian steakhouse for dinner with the HQ muscle, got to see Todd loose himself down the meat fountain. Ate prosciutto by the pound and winced at the tab afterward.

Ended the evening with a midnight game of #8-01 ran by Ryan Wilson and his 3D terrain. We decided to play the new pregens and had a great night. Sethiyel and Damiel started reverting back to their true alignments and we discovered that Aric is untrained in bluff--making it really easy to troll him over this vigilante known as the Red Raven.

We made it home!! Thankfully it was just a short drive to Nashville. Had a blast introducing the SOs to all my old friends and showing them what a geek I really can be.

Loots included purple ears, two tails and a purple kilt!!!!! (p.s. the bunny tail is purple AND glittery)

Thanks to everyone who helped me this the best one yet!!

I'd like to give a big shoutout to all you lovely amazing folks in the Society for, yet again, making my GenCon experience so fantastic. Rincewind the Hero Lab tech checking in!

I guess outing myself intentionally here is probably prudent, I was helping run the Character Creation Station with LWD & Hero Lab for the room along with a team of crack experts. It's been on hell of a ride these last 6 years and I'm more pleased than ever to get to know and work with all of you Society GMs, HQ and Helpdesk staff, PF Academy workers, and pretty much everyone else I know I missed a few.

To the players in particular, I want to thank for all being so polite and patient, especially with very little sleep and a dozen people standing in line in front of you so you can get you game "rolling." I hope I was able to get your brand new PC's to the table in time for all your games.

Special Mentions to Tonya and Bobby for making us feel more welcome than ever, I hope you all get caught up on some much needed rest and refresh before the next show in a few weeks.
