Since the Hunter pulls spells from two different lists, with duplication and level differences (e. g. Read Magic is a Level 0 Druid spell and a Level 1 Ranger spell, making it a Level 0 Hunter spell), I have compiled a list of Hunter spells.
I used the following sources:
Core Rulebook
Advanced Class Guide
Advanced Player's Guide
Advanced Race Guide
Ultimate Combat
Ultimate Intrigue
Ultimate Magic.

I know. But some spells appear on both lists, but at different spell levels. Aerial Tracks, for example, is a 4th level druid spell, but a 3rd level ranger spell, making it a 3rd level hunter spell.

I would say that Hunters can take it at the lower level. Remember that Hunters only get up to level 6 of spells, and have a fixed number of spells known instead of full access to the list.

Yes, that is RAW. I just figured it was easier to have one list to read instead of two. In any case, the Archives of Nethys list is more comprehensive than mine, because it includes sources that I omitted.

Yeah, I think your work still has merit. It's the first thing I dreaded about making a hunter was going and doing what you did. Even with d20 and archives they aren't perfect. So thanks.
What you could do is use there's to make your job easier for what they do have and then update the rest from there.
