Each warpriest can select two blessings from among those granted by his deity (each deity grants the blessings tied to its domains). A warpriest can select an alignment blessing (Chaos, Evil, Good, or Law) only if his alignment matches that domain.
You can only pick Blessings that correspond to the domains the deity offers. However Trudd has four domains: Good, Nobility, Protection and Strength. You'd be able to pick among the latter three blessings.

Unfortunately these are the sorts of problems when you worship the "lesser" deities. They don't have the proper support for a lot of things.
Technically speaking, since your alignment must match to take aligned domain you can't take the Good domain. So you can only take the Strength domain and there are no other options.
It would appear you cannot have a second blessing as a Neutral Neutral follower of Trudd.
Edit: It appears domains were added to Trudd at some point, as the information I initially found only indicated two domains. However, this was found online and could have been inaccurate.
Whether or not Trudd's domains were updated is irrelevant though, if he has 4 domains now then you need only choose 2 from the ones available and that are not aligned.

Not a problem, every warpriest that wants to clobber things to death should be an Arsenal Chaplain anyways. I can barely imagine how much more lethal my warpriest would have been if I this archetype had been out before. It gives up a ton of stuff my warpriest never uses and only gives pure awesome in return.
