One of Nethys's favored servants is a lich, so I'm pretty sure he doesn't have a problem with undead. That's not to say some particular sects of his faith wouldn't have a problem with them though. He's a neutral deity, and his followers are usually described as really running the gamut in alignments.

Any other True Neutral deities that aren't opposed to undead?
Let's see...
- Brigh - not officially against it, but prefers constructs
- Daikitsu - fertility/growth deity, so probably no
- Fandarra - nature oriented, but in a "nature is not nice" way. Still probably not.
- Feronia - she dallied with Dispater and is still on good terms, so she's not anti-evil...
- Gozreh - probably doesn't like unnatural survivors
- Nalinivati - fertility focused so maybe not, then again also a Naga and who knows what they want
- Ng, perhaps; he's into secrets and knowledge
- Nivi Rhomodazzle, don't think so, undead aren't really dynamic enough for gnomes
- Ptah - Osirians have a weird take on undead
- Shyka - patron of reincarnation, so probably views undead as "stuck"
- Sivanah - could be, she's not averse to dubious partnerships
- The Lost Prince - seems appropriate
- Yamatsumi - volcano smash?
