In my opinion RT and OW are some of the best RPGs around. While their mechanics sometimes need some tweaking, they both have a theme to them and the mechanics follow those themes very well. And they're both very different from other games, which, I suppose, is why they're sometimes misunderstood. (i.e. RT isn't about a DnD adventuring group running around dungeon delving at from level 1 on up. Not that that's bad, just that RT isn't that game.)
So, that being said, I'd play a game of RT or OW in a second.

I have played and enjoyed all but Black crusade, in fact, I believe we've played Rogue trader together at some point I think eh Radavel?
The one I'm currently most interested in would be Only war, but Rogue trader is fun too.
Yes we did ;-)
Lemme pull out some inspirational material on OW.

Definitely interested. OW is fun, but if I believe that the military and combat based focus might slow things down a bit on the forums. RT, however would be pretty good, regardless of whether it's more sandboxy or a pre-written adventure, since it lends itself to a lot of colourful character interactions.
So, that's one person interested here, in whatever it is 40k you'd be running.

In the event of rogue trader, i am partial to playing a space marine who has been sent to assist/protect members of the rogue trader house (Marines Errant, Novamarines, or Storm Wardens). I also know that requires a high end of experience and no small amount of scope consideration, so i won't be salty if that isn't allowed.

I have daemon hunter. Would be open to playing DH1.
Jereru: They are very weak. DH1 is a very horror bad guys sometimes win. Missions are not easy, nor always direct. It's 100% possible to die in every single encounter, and mission survival can be the alternative to mission success.
I played through all of DH1 with a local group. It's good but needs the right mind set.
Deathwatch/Daemon Hunter is a lot easier to survive many threats, but the missions are no less hard.

I don't know about Daemon Hunter. Is it a FFG game? I could ask my local store for it, but would probably need some details. About Dark Heresy, if that's what you want to play, I'm fine. I just thought being bounty hunters would fit better with a game where you would be a bit tougher, but no problem.

Daemon Hunter is the Grey Knight/Ordo Malleus Supplement for Dark Heresy1. It was released around the same time as deathwatch so almost all of the Space Marine rules are the same. It contains some very powerful options for DH1 characters as well as rules for making some interesting Daemons, both flavorful and nearly uncombatable. Unless of course you play as a Grey Knight, whose details are presented. They aren't like playing a normal chapter, they are the most specialized of the special snowflakes.

It can all be scaled to any level. If we are weaker, then we are hunting weaker things, eventually working ourselves up and chasing bigger deadlier bounties, that the duties of a good GM and balancing things to keep us interested. But agreed, DH is scary and dark. It allows much flexibility though for unique PCs and is a more "forgiving" setting if you are radical.
I've got all the books. Never played a GK, so if that's where this is headed, I'm excited.
