The enhancements (spell storing and moderate fortification) from the armor would still be active. Only bracers of armor have rules saying that one or the other with the larger armor bonus would switch off the lesser one.
EDIT 1: I think there's a rule somewhere that if you wear two magic armors at once, only one would be active. But I can't find it anywhere. Only thing I can find is the specific rules for armored coat.
EDIT 2: Oh where we go, Magic Items on the Body rules for item slots. Two magic armors = No. Magic armor with low AC bonus but loaded with bunch of special qualities on top of high AC non-magic armor (which doesn't take up magic item slot) would probably work.

While Bracers of Armor have a clause which prevents the exact situation you are trying to achieve, the spell Mage Armor does not have any such restriction. If there isn't a FAQ I'm not aware of, you should be able to benefit from the Spell Storing and Moderate Fortification abilities while gaining an additional +2 armor from Mage Armor.
Bracers of armor and ordinary armor do not stack. If a creature receives a larger armor bonus from another source, the bracers of armor cease functioning and do not grant their armor bonus or their armor special abilities. If the bracers of armor grant a larger armor bonus, the other source of armor ceases functioning.
