So an Orange Prisim Ioun Stone (30,000 gp) increases your effective caster level by one.
The feat expanded arcana gives you one or two more spells known (permenantly), there is also an archanist version (I forget the name right now)
The feat spell focus increases all the spell DCs of one school of magic by one.
Spell specilization increases your effective caster level by 2 for one specific spell.
Archanist can spend an arcane reservoir point to increase their effective caster level by 1 (or 2 with an exploit).
Kitsune have an alternate racial that increases their enchantment spell DCs by 2 (I think).
The spell battlelink mind reduces an opponents saving throws by 2 if you and an ally both cast spells on him at the same time.
Finally, in PFS, there is a scenario where you can get an Ioun stone that gets you any one feat you qualify for. Such an item (if you followed Pathfinder pricing rules) would cost probably between 7,500-10,000 GP. It is not purchasable in PFS (you have to play/run the scenario) but you can use it to get spell focus, etc.
That's all I can think of right now.
Edit: forgot to mention: headbands of whatever mental stat you use to cast (charisma for sorcs) increase your spell DCs because your casting ability goes up. It's a pretty obvious one, but I thought I'd throw it out there.

The Varisian Tattoo feat gives a +1 CL boost and a cantrip for one spell school.
Tenebrous spell metamagic will boost spell DC and CL in darkness or dim light, and it doesn't increase the spell level on spells with the darkness or shadow descriptors or shadow subschool.
The karma prayer bead will give a +4(!) CL boost for 10 minutes.
Spell Perfection will double all numerical bonuses to CL and DC on one spell.
Various races have DC boosts to different types of magic as race traits.
As for getting extra known spells, there are Pages of Spell Knowledge.
Several races get favored class bonuses to know extra spells, notably humans who can learn any spell at one level below their max spell level. Other races have more restrictive FCBs.
