Villains of Golorian: Chaotic Evil .. bards?

Lost Omens Campaign Setting General Discussion

Are there any CE bards roaming Golarion, noisily and madly, as notable villains?

It's not hard to imagine some sort of malicious and whimsical fey lord fitting the bill (as I've used just that sort of annoyance in my own campaigns), but I'm betting Paizo has conjured examples that stand out beyond that more cliché specimen. Anything official, in one of the APs or modules?

Grand Lodge

I don't know if he is chaotic but I do know of a bard lich that writes symphonies that kill people. I think he is mentioned in the lich section of one of the books for carrion crown.

Scarab Sages

From NPC Codex, we have the following setting neutral CE bards with at least 1 sentence of fluff:

Kormick Veldross, Halfling Bard 4
Milanet Rutteppi, Halfling Bard 17

That's interesting, even if not CE.

Okay, I should've had this book by now as it is, you've given one more reason to grab it. Thanks for the heads up!

There's a Succubus bard in Demons Revisited who has Golarion connections. She's pretty high level, I think 17?

If I remember correctly, Castruccio Irrovetti, a River King you meet in Kingmaker, is both Chaotic Evil & has levels of Bard.

My character Bezlarue in the Hell's Vengeance game Rob just started last week is a chaotic evil bard. Does she count?

'Cause she totally should.

@ Irnnk - Castruccio's an odd case, since he's a L9 CN bard by default, but he's a higher level CE bard in Kingmaker. (And man is he awful in Kingmaker.)

It's similar with Queen Ileosa - she's only 6th level (and NE) by default, but if the CotCT AP happens then she becomes LE and significantly higher level.

Nothing odd about those at all—the level change and alignment change are representations of their character growing and changing and adapting as the result of events in the Adventure Path in question.

Actually, in the original at least (I obviously can't speak to the new hardcover), she's still NE to the end. She just gains a lot of levels.

Spoiler:
She makes bargains with Devils, but she's not actually loyal to them or anything, just opportunistic and ambitious.

Me, Troll Bard, is both Bard and Troll, so I predispositioned to be K-Otic Ebil. But me frequents Golarion only on summer vacation. Also, it hard for me to know exactly how often I's CE since the removal of "Sometimes", "Often" or "Always" K-Otic Ebil.
