Witch Doctor Shaman can also channel at 4th
WWitch doctor shaman of life with the vmc for cleric will have three pools of channel energy to pull from, gaining the first at first level, second at fourth and third at seventh. As you level that last one becomes better.
There is a bard archetype that gets channeling as well.

thanks for posting em guys but i still cant find what im looking for. i need to be able to burn through a lot of channels or lay of hands for reactive healing feat but there just hasnt been anything thats come close to a hospitalier paladin. Even a life oracle is or a cleric based on charisma is pretty limiting. i just didnt want to be a LG paladin. Most of the options have way too few channels though i admit the arcane healer bard was almost worth it (until you realize how few channels it gets).

It might take some double-checking the rules but I think Aether Kineticists (Kinetic Churirgeon) gets the ability to use lay on hands. If not directly kineticists at least get a fire ability which lets them resurrect like a Phoenix. It's called From the Ashes. Granted it's 9th level but It's pretty handy for use. It pairs nicely with the feat that lets you explode when you die. Also, I personally haven't seen the Ultimate Intrigue book, but I heard that there is an archetype for paladin that allows neutral good. A long shot for archetype stacking but could hold promise. Half Orcs also have the deathless master feat chain which lets them use Diehard but still just walk around and fight without any penalties. That might be something handy.
