Can some one explain this so me.
"If accepted, the raging song's effects last for that ally's turn or until the song ends, whichever comes first."
Does this mean at the end of each ally's turn they lose the con bonus after their turn? And the they lose the bonus to will saves when it's not there turn. If so this make the class so much weaker.
I hope I'm miss understanding this sentence.

Rewriting the post because I wrote it on my phone while riding the bus and I did an embarrassingly bad job.

That' how I read it as well, but I've only ever seen it done so that the rage just carries on through. I also would like to see it clarified.
That would also change the viability of rage powers that are supposed to help on the enemies turn, like spirit totem or superstitious. It does also mean that these other party members might maybe possibly be rage-cycling for free. As in, those powers can be used once per rage, but what they are actually getting is many recurrent one turn rages.

It seems implied that the Song's effects last until its your turn again (from one initiative till all other acted, then you again) , and that you can decide to NOT be affected by it any more, because it also has drawabcks, like restricting certain actions.
But you have to choose of the beginning of your turn.
Not being a continuous effect, but that strangely also only grants a flickering on/off-effect that has no precedence in other parts of the game for the kind in how it works.
If in doubt how to interpret a rules passage between two ways of reading it i choose the non-strange, non-headache-maker way that aligns with how similiar effects are handled in other instances.

I would say there is no instantaneous flicker.
When the skald begins a raging song and then on each ally’s turn, if the ally can hear the raging song, that ally must decide whether to accept or refuse its effects. This is not an action.
Since it is not an action, it takes no time to accept the song. There is zero time between having the effect from the previous round and accepting it for the current round.

I agree this is the way it should be. But I just don't want to run into pfs problems when finalizing my character. A turn in pathfinder ends when you have finished your actions and move to the next initiative spot.
I believe this was supposed to say until the ally's next turn or for the round.
I agree with guru for how I call it as a gm but as a player that's not my call.
