is a simple question, the book say that the psychic weapons is formed from psychic energy that count as a magic weapon of the type the mindblade choose. so the question is the psychic weapon like a force effect so can bypass DR?

No, it just counts as a magic weapon, i.e. it can deal half damage to incorporeal and bypass magic DR. If it was a force effect it would specifically say so.

No, it counts as a magical weapon for the purposes of DR. Mindblades aren't even made of Force.
